The respondent earns 2,000 coins per estimated minute; we add a 20% platform fee. No subscription, no setup fee, and no extra charge for narrow targeting.

Targeting doesn't change the price. A narrower audience only means your survey may take longer to fill.

What you're never charged for
Rejected responses
Responses that fail a quality check are not deducted from your deposit.
Closing early
Close your survey any time; the deposit for responses not collected goes straight back to your wallet.
Falling short
If your survey doesn't reach its target, you only pay for the responses you got.
Refunds
- Unused deposit returns to your wallet as coins the moment you close a survey.
- Coins you bought and haven't spent can be refunded to the original account within 14 days of purchase. Email us with your transaction details.
- Coins earned by answering surveys are not refundable as purchases — withdraw them instead.

How do I pay?
Top up your wallet by bank transfer; we confirm and credit coins within 1 working day. Or use coins you've earned answering other people's surveys.
Why do longer surveys cost more?
Because respondents are paid for their time. A survey's price per response is set by its estimated length, shown before you publish.
Is there a minimum order?
Ten responses. Most theses need 100–300.
Do I need a company to pay?
No. Most of our survey owners are students paying for their own thesis.
Are prices in other currencies?
Prices are currently in Vietnamese đồng. Other Southeast Asian currencies are coming; until then, contact us if you need an invoice in another currency.
